| Biography* | Norbert Munz, 1897-1987: Norbert was a farmer living in Avoca, Iowa County at his 1928 marriage. Later, he and his wife moved to Lodi in Columbia County. Norbert was an Army veteran of World War I. In Lodi, he was a member of Saint Patrick's Catholic Parish, the Knights of Columbus, the Lodi American Legion Post and the Madison World War I Barracks. Norbert, age 90, died on a Tuesday at the Lodi Nursing Home. He was survived by his wife, eight children, 60 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren, and one sister. He was predeceased by one son, one daughter, three grandchildren, and four brothers. Funeral servcies were held on Friday with Rev. Thomas Sosinski officiating. |
