There is a tombstone in the family plot for a Eugene Sullivan, who died 2 March 1868, at age 1 year 6 months. From this death date and age, Eugene's birthdate would calculate to August 1866. There is conflicting evidence that Eugene died on 14 August 1864 at age 3 months. This later death date is consistent with his known birthdate of 10 May 1864.
