| Biography* | Anna Bindl Pulvermacher, 1885-1966: Anna was born in Plain to a father born in Germany and a mother born in Wisconsin. Her mother died in 1895 and her father married Balthasar Neuheisel's widow Theresa Alt in 1896. Sometime before this marriage, he moved the family to Spring Green. After her own marriage in 1906, Anna and her husband farmed in Bear Creek Township of Sauk County. After their retirement, Anna and her husband moved to Boscobel, Grant County where their daughter Bertha Farrell and their son Lawrence lived. Anna, age 80, died on a Saturday at a Muscoda nursing home after a long illness, the day after the death of her sister Elizabeth Needham. Anna was survived by eight sons, five daughters, 47 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren, one brother, and two sisters. She was predeceased by her husband and one daughter. Funeral services were held on Tuesday from Immaculate Conception Catholic church in Boscobel. |

Sometime later, he and family moved to Oregon. At the time of his death he was living in Apartment 3 at 1565 West Harlow, Springfield, Oregon. Ted, age 70, died on a Sunday. He was survived by his wife, two sons, and four grandchildren. Graveside services were held on Thursday with Jim Frake, Christian Science reader, officiating. Lounsbury-Musgrove chapel was in charge of arrangements. |

| Biography* | Leslie F. Bradshaw, 1889-1964: Born on the home farm to a father born in Wisconsin and a mother born in Ontario, Canada, Leslie's family moved to Worthing when he was six-years-old. He grew to be a man of medium height and build, with dark eyes and black hair. For a number of years Leslie assisted his father in the banking business. After his marriage, Leslie and his wife moved to a farm eight-and-one-half miles south of Worthing. They farmed there for nearly 40 years. Leslie was a member of the Good Shepard Episcopal Church in Sioux Falls. He also belonged to the El Riad Shrine there, the Oriental Consistory of Yankton, and the Blue Lodge, Order of the Eastern Star, Odd Fellows and Rebecca Lodge in Worthing. He was drafted into the U. S. Army in May 1918 and served in France for several months during World War I. He was discharged in April 1919. Later he was a member of American Legion, Wm. R. Bradshaw Post. Leslie, age 75, died early on a Thursday after a two week stay in a Sioux Falls hospital. He had been in poor health for four years. He was survived by his wife. Funeral services were held on Saturday at the Dondot Chapel by the Rev. Zeno Johnson. Pallbearers were Paul Graum, Tommy Nelson, Charles Ralph, Warren Gerber, Randy Anderson, and Michael Sanders. |
